Officials at Hillsdale Hospital say they have partnered with a new radiological services provider to enhance turnaround time for results.
Premier Radiology will take over the hospital’s radiology reads, beginning October 21st.
Officials say the company’s team includes more than three times the number of radiologists compared to the previous provider.
Hospital President and CEO Jeremiah Hodshire said the change is aimed at reducing patient wait times and improving care.
Jamie Caldwell, clinical manager of medical imaging, emphasized the importance of timely results to reduce patient anxiety. Hillsdale’s radiology department offers advanced technology, including AI-assisted MRI scans and 3D mammography.
