An Adrian man is lodged in the Hillsdale County Jail following a traffic crash near Reynolds Elementary School in Reading, Tuesday afternoon.
Reading Police were dispatched to a rollover crash in front of the school.
They arrived to find a pickup truck on its top.
The driver of the truck, 56 year-old John Verthein, of Adrian, was not seriously injured. He was arrested for operating intoxicated. He’s lodged in the Hillsdale County Jail on $40,000 bond.
Verthein faces arraignment in Hillsdale County District Court this afternoon.
