The father of three young boys who went missing from Morenci 15 years ago appeared in Court on Monday.
53-year-old John Skelton was scheduled for a probable cause hearing in Lenawee County District Court on three counts each of Open Murder and Tampering with evidence.
At the request of his attorney, the hearing has now been adjourned to allow the defense to review evidence in the case.
Skelton has been serving a prison sentence since 2011 for three counts of unlawful imprisonment related to the disappearance of his sons, Andrew, Alexander, and Tanner, over Thanksgiving weekend in 2010. The boys were 5,7 & 9 years old when they disappeared.
A court declared the boys dead earlier this year.
Skelton was officially charged with their murders earlier this month.
