Hillsdale Hospital has been honored with the 2024 Performance Leadership Award from The Chartis Center for Rural Health. The award recognizes the hospital as one of the top performers among rural hospitals nationwide for patient care.
Jeremiah Hodshire, the hospital’s president and CEO, expressed pride in the achievement. He said the award reflects the hospital’s “commitment to providing excellent patient care.”
The Performance Leadership Awards are based on the Chartis Rural Hospital Performance INDEX®, which evaluates various areas of hospital performance, including patient outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Micheal Topchik is Executive Director of The Chartis Center. He said the awards highlight the hard work and creativity of rural hospitals in delivering care to their communities.
