More than two years after he was arrested for her murder, the husband of a missing Lenawee County woman is due to go on trial later this month.
Michigan State Police arrested Dale Warner in November of 2023, in connection with the murder of 52-year-old Dee Warner, who was last seen alive at her Franklin Township home on April 25, 2021.
Investigators got a break in the case in August of 2024, when her body was found sealed inside an anhydrous ammonia tank, on property owned by Dale, who has pleaded not guilty.
Jury selection in Dale Warner’s murder trial is set to begin on January 27th.
