A Jonesville woman was among two people found dead Sunday from suspected drug overdoses at a Jackson hotel.
Ashley Connin, 35, of Jonesville, and JaJuan Worthy, 36, of Jackson, were discovered deceased in a room at the Travelodge on Rosehill Road. A third woman present in the room survived an overdose and was taken to Henry Ford Jackson for treatment.
According to WKHM radio in Jackson, investigators believe the two victims obtained narcotics from 41-year-old Angela Marie Chapman, of Jackson.
Chapman was arrested Sunday evening. On Tuesday, she was charged with two counts of delivery of a controlled substance causing death, along with other related charges.
