Prosecutors laid out what they call a pattern of stalking and marital strife during day two of witness testimony in the murder trial of Dale Warner, who is accused of killing his wife nearly five years ago.
52-year-old Dee Warner went missing from her Lenawee County home in April 2021.
Her body was discovered in August 2024, welded inside an anhydrous ammonia tank on Dale’s property.
The 58-year-old Dale faces charges of murder and evidence tampering.
Friday’s witnesses included Lenawee County Sheriff’s Deputies and Dee’s son, Zack Bock, who worked at a farm chemical and trucking business owned by the Warners.
Bock said Dee had discussed selling her share of the business before she disappeared.
Prosecutors said Dee died of strangulation and blunt force trauma.
The trial will continue in Lenawee County Circuit Court this week.
