A woman who was severely injured in a traffic accident involving a Hillsdale County vehicle has died. Family members of Joni Norris posted on social media that she died Sunday. The 68-year-old Norris had been hospitalized since February 17th, when she was struck by a utility vehicle owned and operated by Hillsdale County. Hillsdale City Police and Michigan State Police investigated the incident. The driver’s name has not been officially released. A private family memorial is planned for Joni Norris.
