State Police are working on their report of a Monday afternoon traffic crash that sent a child to the hospital.
A driver tells WCSR News that he was northbound on Hudson Road when he stopped for a vehicle that was turning left onto Doty Road. A third Northbound vehicle, an SUV, also stopped to wait. That’s when a fourth vehicle, driven by a male teen, collided with the rear of the SUV. The impact pushed the SUV into the rear of the second car.
The vehicle that was making the left turn escaped damage.
It was reported that a child in the SUV was taken to Mott’s Children’s Hospital for treatment.
No other serious injuries were reported.
The road was shut down for some time as the scene was investigated and cleaned up.
