An Ohio man is lodged in the Hillsdale County Jail following his arrest on charges stemming from an alleged sexual assault that occurred last year.
31-year-old Joshua Lee Vance, of West Unity, is charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct First Degree.
He was arrested on Monday by Hillsdale City Police. Vance was wanted on a warrant stemming from an investigation into a November incident.
Authorities have not released any details of the investigation.
Vance is listed as a sex offender in Ohio, following a 2020 conviction for Sexual Imposition.
He’s due for an April 1st probable cause hearing in Hillsdale County District Court,
Vance remains lodged in the Hillsdale County Jail, on $500,000 bond.
