The Princeton Review has once again named Hillsdale College one of the nation’s best higher education institutions.
The publication included Hillsdale in its list, which includes rankings from a survey of 172,000 students nationwide.
Hillsdale scored near the top in several categories focusing on academics and campus culture. The college earned the No. 2 spot for most politically conservative students and No. 5 for its college radio station. It also placed fifth for students most engaged in community service and sixth for most religious students.
Other high marks included rankings for student happiness, friendly peers, and dedicated study habits.
Christopher VanOrman, the college’s provost, said the results reflect the positive environment on campus. He noted that the school encourages hard work, open discussion, and friendship to help students succeed.
The Princeton Review publishes its college guide annually to help prospective students and parents compare schools across the nation.
