WCSR’s “Jingle Jam” Raises Over $12,000 For Salvation Army

Listeners and corporate sponsors gave more than $12,000 during WCSR’s “Jingle Jam.” 
Members of WCSR’s on-air staff manned the kettle at the Market House on Wednesday. 
Live entertainment included the Jonesville Marching Band, along with local performers Bob Pogue and Keith Rushing. 
WCSR’s Juli Hays and Russ Martin performed as well. 
Donors gave a total of $12,089.32!!!
The money stays in Hillsdale County to help provide local programs for residents!  
Corporate sponsors for this year’s event included County National Bank, Dumont Law, Happily Ever After Wedding and Event Planner, M&S Construction & Concrete Leveling, Parney’s Car Care, Playford Real Estate – Carolyn Scholfield, and the Stickley Law Firm. 
The Red Kettles will remain out through Christmas Eve for the Salvation Army’s annual appeal at Christmas.
The funds are used to provide a number of programs through the coming year.
