Saint Peter’s Free Clinic has new leadership. The organization announced that Lynn Burkett is the new Executive Director. She takes the reins following the retirement of Jamie Bauerly.
Bauerly stepped down after more than nine years in the leadership role.
Lynn has lived in Hillsdale since 1989. She moved here from Iowa with her husband, Kevin. Over the past 37 years, she has worked with many local groups, including Girl Scouts Heart of Michigan, the Hillsdale County Chamber of Commerce, and the Hillsdale County Community Foundation. She is also a board member for the Hillsdale County Historical Society.
Since September 2002, Saint Peter’s Free Clinic has provided health care, help paying for prescriptions, and health education to Hillsdale County residents who are uninsured or underinsured.
