A Jonesville man is due in court today to face charges of possession and distribution of child pornography.
Somerset Township Police arrested 31-year-old Trevor Briggs on April 6th.
He was picked up on warrants for Possession of Child Sexually Abusive Material, Distribution of Child Sexually Abusive Material, and using a Computer to commit a Crime.
According to jail records, his arrest stems from an investigation into incidents that occurred in late 2024.
Briggs faces a pretrial hearing in Hillsdale County Circuit Court.
He remains lodged in the Hillsdale County Jail.
