Jonesville Riverfest Kicks Off Friday

wcsr-dale-news-header-1-2
Jonesville is preparing for a weekend of fun as the 52nd annual Riverfest returns to the banks of the St. Joseph River.
The festival will run from Friday through Sunday.
This long-standing tradition celebrates the river that helped Jonesville become a center for business in Hillsdale County nearly 200 years ago.
The 2026 schedule features activities for all ages, including arts and crafts vendors downtown on Saturday and Sunday.
The Grosvenor House Museum will offer tours of its historic  mansion.
The festival includes a classic car and bike show, an antique tractor display, and a 3-on-3 basketball tournament.
Riverfest started in 1974 to honor the town’s history. Jonesville was founded at the spot where the Sauk Trail met the St. Joseph River.
In the early days, the river was essential to the growth of the community.
